Stop Hair Fall for Good

When hair fall begins, our immediate reaction is often worry. But did you know that worrying about hair loss can actually lead to more hair falling out? To prevent hair loss, the first step is to stop stressing about it. Hair is a significant part of beauty, and losing it can be emotionally distressing. Simple hair care practices, especially before bed, can significantly reduce and even prevent hair loss for a lifetime.
  1. Keep Your Hair Clean:      The first step to preventing hair loss is keeping your hair clean. After spending the day outside in dust and dirt, make sure to clean your hair when you get home. If it’s not possible during the day, shampoo your hair at night. Use a mild shampoo for daily use and ensure your hair is completely dry before going to bed.
  2. Brush Your Hair:      If you can’t wash your hair when you come home, start by thoroughly brushing it to remove tangles. Wet your comb with water and then brush your hair. This helps remove loose dust and dirt. Rinse the comb and repeat the brushing process.
  3. Tie Your Hair Before Sleeping:     On average, about 100 hairs can fall out daily, mostly at night due to friction with the pillow. Tie your hair before bed, especially if you have long hair, to reduce hair fall. If tying your hair is uncomfortable or causes headaches, ensure you brush your hair well before going to sleep. Tangled hair increases the likelihood of hair loss.
  4. Keep Your Hair Dry:     Excessive sweating can lead to increased hair fall. Sleep in a way that allows air from a fan to reach your head. When the scalp sweats at night, hair roots become weakened, leading to more hair loss. After washing your hair, rinse it with a mixture of rose water and water to reduce scalp sweating.
  5. Apply Oil:     For well-maintained hair the next day, apply oil to your hair the night before and shampoo it the following morning. Warm olive oil or coconut oil and apply it to your scalp, then gently massage it. This not only improves your sleep but also enhances blood circulation in the scalp, which helps reduce hair fall.
